Learning is not something done to students, but rather something students do.

The first time I read this statement in How Learning Works: 8 Research-Based Principles for Smart Teaching, I paused.

It wasn't that I did not know that, but seeing it on the page resonated deeply.

That statement encapsulated everything I had come to know about teaching in 30 years.

It is what I recognized that I loved most about real teaching.

Learners enter an environment with prior knowledge, experiences, opinions, traumas, and lenses that directly impact their interpretation of the content placed before them.

Our job is to ensure that the environment is conducive to the process called learning and that it honors them in all of their glory while creating a change in their knowledge, beliefs, behaviors, or attitudes.

For where there is no change, there is no learning.

My goal is to help you design learning experiences, meaningful moments where learners DO, and as a result of their doing, they come into a knowing--a knowing that was not forced upon them but evolved, moment by moment, lesson by lesson, or day by day.

I invite you to partner with me whether you are designing/redesigning a course or creating an epic workshop, seminar, or even a retreat.

If you want to serve the learners in your midst and give them tools that last beyond your time together, I am the strategist for you.

So, do not facillate about what to do.

In your heart, you know you are ready to extract what is already in you so that the learners who deserve to be served fully experience your light.

Iron Sharpens Iron.

You are the expert and know your subject matter well...extremely well.

I am the lover of curriculum and instruction inspired by the science of learning.

When we put our minds together, we have no choice but to create a meaningful learning experience for your learners.

The bonus is the incredible exchange between us that forces us both to grow as I learn from you, and you learn from me.

Imagine a partnership that transforms us all...for as long as we live.

Let's get started!

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I get a refund if I'm unhappy with my purchase?

Refunds are not offered for coaching and consultation services. However, at the end of each session, we will reflect, discussing the strengths of the session and the ways in which our future sessions can serve you better.

How do I schedule my appointment?

Directly after you pay for your package, you will receive a link to my Calendly scheduler. After the first session is scheduled, you will receive a confirmation email that will include a link to schedule Session 2. I would suggest waiting until we meet before scheduling the last two sessions. Just in case there will be things you need to do in preparation for them.

Note: If you and I have not met via a discovery session, please do not proceed. Schedule a discovery session first at https://bit.ly/discoverwithkellie.

Can I purchase coaching more than once?

If we find that we work well together and you are happy with your results, at the end of session four, feel free to purchase another package.
